Our wellness center offers all levels of strengthening programs. Our programs are designed so anyone can join at any time.  Our programs include:

 

ACUPUNCTURE
Chinese treatment using needles, lasers, or pressure at specific body points. It is believed to adjust the body's energy flow (Qi). Some conditions it helps are: pain, headaches,  allergies, menstrual, cholesterol, depression & anxiety, digestive conditions.

TOOL BOX TRAINING
Semi private instruction on a wide  variety of strengthening devices.

ZUMBA
Latin based dance fitness that tones & sculpts the body while burning fat. Click here for current info.

PILATES
Use of body weight for maximum core stability

MASSAGE
Massage is a “hands on” gentle healing practice of applying soothing pressure to muscles in the body. Massage aims to enhance physical and mental relaxation, decrease muscle tension, improve circulation, lower blood pressure, increase range of motion, relief from anxiety and depression, less trouble sleeping.

TAI CHI
Chinese mind/body slow movement exercise &meditation to improve balance, flexibility, muscle strength, and overall health.

QIGONG
A component of traditional Chinese medicine that combines movement, meditation, and breathing to enhance the flow of Qi improving blood circulation, and enhance immune function.

YOGA
Physical and mental exercises designed  to tone, strengthen, and align the body.

SENIOR BALANCE & STRENGTHENING
Focusing on fall prevention and improving mobility in seniors.

DANCE FITNESS
For dancers to strengthen & improve posture, educate, & provide dance specific exercise  routines for overall strength and injury prevention.

INTRO DANCE
Introduction to different dance styles like ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, etc.  Multiple classes in each genre to introduce people to types of dance.

INDIVIDUAL PERSONAL TRAINING
A fitness routine for all ages and individualized to meet personal goals.

 

FUNCTIONAL BALL CLASS
Functional strength program designed for individuals at any fitness level. Focuses on core strengthening and improving overall fitness and general well being. Ranges from low to high impact, low to high level intensity exercises.  Stretching techniques taught for injury prevention. Designed to improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion; also to encourage musculoskeletal alignment.

GENERAL SPORTS TRAINING
A progression of general strengthening exercise which offers a good base for specific sports training. Focuses on balanced strength, flexibility techniques and injury prevention. Exercises ranges from low to intermediate functional training to high impact sports training, and medium to high cardiovascular impact.

SPECIFIC SPORTS TRAINING
A progression of strengthening exercises for specific sports training. Focuses on balanced strength, flexibility techniques and injury prevention. Exercises ranges from low to intermediate functional training to high impact sports training.
